A Longview, Texas native and graduate of A&M, I obtained my real estate license in 1973. I owned and operated a retail ladies' ready to wear business prior to becoming active in residential real estate in Longview in 1999. My experience in retail was perfect for real estate in working with and learning the tastes of my clients, thus making the transition very easy. I am a Dallas native, grew up in the Park Cities and received my BBA & MBA from SMU. 6 years in the U.S. Marine Corps instilled discipline and leadership skills. I have 39 year's experience as a real estate broker in retail, commercial and residential sales and leasing as well as mortgage lending. I spent my first 20 years in the Dallas area in retail and commercial property development, management, leasing, sales and construction. I moved to Cedar Creek Lake in 1989 and became active in the real estate market here. In 2005, I was Johnson Monroe, REALTORSŪ "TOP PRODUCER RUNNER-UP"and in 2006 the"TOP PRODUCER". As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) I am qualified to work with all buyers to insure that they find just the right home for the best price. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) I have been trained to work with all customers of all ages, understanding their needs and motivations. An avid boater, I have spent a great deal of time on Texas lakes. The knowledge I have gained from this is immeasurable in helping people buy and sell lake property. |
